NEW FORMULA STEPS AND FEES

Initially, we need the essential information about your business and
your clearly defined requirements |

DEVELOPMENT FEES range from $10,000 - $20,000 depending
upon the complexity of the formula. This price also covers the
costs of our complete Testing Series |

PACKAGING RESOURCING, DESIGN & SET-UP FEES
(optional). Minimum: $5,000 |

PRICE QUOTE. Based upon the Formula & Packaging Profiles
and optional Packaging Resourcing |

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AGREEMENT. Recaps all
information above. Signed by customer and formulab™...naturally |

DOWN PAYMENT. 50% Down-Payment required to begin any
type of work |
FORMULATION & SAMPLING
The development of your new product is properly systematic
and scientifically accurate. The steps are the following
Developing a New Formula starts in one of four ways

Send us a sample of an existing product, along with
its ingredient list and the price you are envisioning |
| 2. |
Start with one of our stock formulas that we can
modify by adding the scent and color of your choice |
| 3. |
We can custom develop a formula for you that will suit
your specific needs |
| 4. |
Or, you can supply us with an existing formula |
Then we need a Formula Profile that allows us to produce
an appropriate Sample. The sample is submitted for your
approval and reformulated when necessary. We also need a
Pack Profile describing how you would like your product
packaged. You may choose from stock alternatives or
custom packaging |

TESTING
Once you are happy with the sample, we will start our
Testing Series which takes six weeks...or longer
• Stability Testing, Micro Biological Challenge Testing and
Compatibility Testing are included
• Testing is Your Insurance that your new product will look and
perform no matter when it is purchased and that it can hold up to
all conditions
• Next. Once testing is satisfactorily completed, your new product is
ready for production and we will need your Purchase Order
PRODUCTION
• First, we obtain all the Raw Materials necessary for your product.
Delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive at our facility
• The raw materials must successfully pass our rigorous
Quality Control system
• Then your order will be Scheduled for the first available production
opportunity
• Production Time: usually your product can be produced, packaged,
labeled and shipped to you within 3 weeks after production begins
TIMING
• Your products are custom developed to fit your individual
needs and this takes a little time. We do everything possible to
expedite the process while assuring you of the quality and
sustainability of your new product |
